Blog #1 Hometown

My hometown is called Costa Mesa which is in Orange County, CA. Costa Mesa is in the middle of 7 other cities and they are all connected together which is really convenient when I need to be somewhere. I have lived there for 19 years on the same street but 2 different houses. Sometimes when I got bored I would walk around the neighborhood that I used to live in and see who still lived there. My favorite part about Costa Mesa is the fact that it is a semi small town and you know a lot of people just from walking around town. Its uniqueness is that it is about 15 minutes away from 7 other cities all around Costa Mesa (Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Fountain Valley, Irvine, Westminster, and Tustin). Also, Costa Mesa is right next to the beach so it is very easy to catch some waves in the morning before school. Costa Mesa is a really chill city and it has a lot of activities available to do. Although Costa Mesa has a lot of things to do, the traffic has to be my least favorite part about it. There is an insane amount of traffic to get literally anywhere especially when the OC fair is in town. When I graduate from college, I was planning on traveling the US with a couple friends and possibly move somewhere out of state, but my plan B would be moving back to Costa Mesa and get some roommates.
